Navidad in Pittsburgh

About the event

The End-of-Year Celebration, also known as Navidad in Pittsburgh, is the Latino Community Center’s annual holiday event dedicated to Latino families in Allegheny County.

It’s a day filled with joy, community, and hope, where children, youth, and adults come together to celebrate the spirit of Navidad.

In addition to artistic activities, pictures with Santa, and creative workshops, parents and caregivers have the opportunity to choose and wrap gifts for their children—an experience that promotes dignity and family warmth during this special time.

We know that not all families can afford to buy Christmas gifts, which is why this event seeks to ensure that every child receives a present chosen with love by their family.

Want to be part of the magic?

You can get involved as a volunteer, donor, or community partner to help more families experience the magic of Navidad.

Each fall, LCC launches an Amazon Wish List so that the entire community can take part by donating gifts. The presents are carefully organized so parents can choose the perfect one for their child and wrap it on-site—with the help of our friendly volunteer elves!
